Tommy's thinking outside of the box greatly helped me make the best choice that I'm very happy with (I bought a 2010 Chevy Cobalt.Fantastic car!) Tommy was very attentive and he wouldn't stop until sure that all my needs and concerns were properly addressed.I was given a very good deal as far as trade in, rebate and finance. Tom's no nonsense approach to the deal was nothing short of delightful and I felt being in good hands.I highly recommend this dealership,Tommy and Tom in particular.

Kevin was awesome!!!! He was very friendly and professional. I never felt rushed in making my decision. Even after a few hours, and test drives he was still willing to show me other cars. My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership to the moment we left in our new car we were treated great. Keith came over to us as soon as we arrived and greeted us. Walked us around the floors showing us the different models of the car we were looking at all the while explaining the features. We test drove the car and really liked it. We went home to discuss the possible purchase and Keith followed up with a call to answer any of our questions. We wanted a certain color and Keith got it from a different dealer for us and we picked it up the next day. The purchase process was very smooth and informative. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. Everthing was explained very well and everyone we dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. We love our new car and will use this dealer again in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
Buying a car is a very nerve racking situation, so when I arrived at Grossinger City Autoplex I was very worried about what I was getting my self into, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Ruben Gonzalez. He was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I informed him of what kind of car and features I was looking for and he worked very hard to make sure I got what I was looking for. I test drove a few cars, Ruben was very knowledgeable about every detail of the cars I was test driving. Overall the Chevy Malibu stood out the most. Ruben did everything in his power to get me the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. It took a while, but the end result was well worth it. He was patient and worked hard to make a deal with me. In the end, I drove off their lot with the car that I have always wanted and for an awesome deal. A Big Thank you to Ruben and the whole Grossinger Autoplex team. You guys are Awesome.

I just went to the new Grossinger Cadillac in downtown Chicago. I must say, IMPRESSIVE. I sat in the cafe enjoying my lunch working on my computer as they worked on my Cadillac Escalade. I could have spent the whole day there! They fixed my truck right the first time, which is very important to me always being on the go. New facility, new attitude! Great job Grossinger Cadillac!
